Duration: 2 days/ 1 night Vehicle: Shuttle bus
Mai Chau valley is just 135km to the South West of Hanoi. This charming and fertile valley has spectacular mountainous landscape dotted with house-on-stilts villages of the White Thai Ethnic group that is well-known for their hospitality and friendly. Further off roads, here and there you will also find isolated H’mong communities on mountain sides. The main hights here are the excellent trekking opportunities provided by the valley delightful trails, fields and villages. This day, we will have chance to have a glimpse into the life of Thai people in Vietnam, with a combination of cultural sightseeing and soft adventure activities.
Thung Nai – the new travel place of Hoa Binh province. To Thung Nai, we lost in both world tales have similar with Halong Bay, has a very specific definition, wild and spectacular landscape here. Enjoy to excursions, visit the Thac Bo temple. You are floating on the lake and to the Green Island, Coconut Island, Windmills, … It’s great how!
Lac Village in Mai Chau
Itinerary Hanoi – Mai Chau – Thung Nai – Hoa Binh tour for 2 days 1 nights:
Day 1: HANOI – MAI CHAU (Lunch, Dinner)
08.00: Car and guide of ETG VIETNAM Tourism pick you up at the meeting point of departure to Mai Chau. 11.30Am: Arrive in Mai Chau, you take rest and lunch.
13.30: Guide take you to visit the Lac Village, the Thai people and Thai Black White, explore daily life of ethnic minorities, to participate brocade with Thai girls.
18.30: Dinner at Ban Lac, enjoy special food.
You enjoy Thai’s music Show, enjoy Thai’s dancing together.
Overnight at House on Stilt.
DAY 02: MAI CHAU – THUNG NAI – HOA BINH HYDROPOWER – HANOI (Breakfast, Lunch)
07.30: After breakfast, depart to Thung Nai
09.30: Arrival Thuong Luu Port, piers detour into reservoirs of Hoa Binh. You get off the bus, welcome you on board in Hoa Binh Thuy Lake.
Ships continued to sweep the northern lake, visit to the Thac Bo Temple of the Muong & Dzao People – the temple was for indigenous peoples is the most sacred Lake area. You continue to visit the Thac Bo Temple with magnificent statues system, where the statue of Sakyamuni Tathagata and 20 meter high Buddha Guanyin.
Continue visit Green Island, take lunch at this island. You have lunch with grilled fish specialties lake, chicken meat, special famous local wine.
Then back to Thuong Luu Port for next place visiting.
14.30: Bus bring you to visit Hoa Binh hydro power. Then depart for Hanoi. On the way back you can buy special cane, Orrange, special wine.
