Our Sample Menu with the 3 iconic dishes that almost everybody would like to try in Hanoi and 1 special homemade dessert (More dishes or Vegan/Vegetarian are available):
▪ NEM (Vietnamese fried spring roll):
Nem (Vietnamese fried spring rolls) are crispy and flavorful delights, symbolizing luck, prosperity and reunion. A must-try dish with a harmonious blend of tastes and textures.
▪ BUN BO NAM BO (Beef noodle salad):
Vietnamese beef noodle salad is packed with fresh herbs, flavorful beef, and refreshing lime fish sauce dressing. This dish says quite a lot about Vietnamese cuisine which values a fresh, pure and clean taste.
▪ PHO GA (Chicken pho)
The special palm sugar cake will be served as dessert. Due to shortage of time throughout the joyful 4 hour experience, we won't have enough time to show the attendants how to make the palm sugar cake directly at the venue but will certainly send them a detailed
tutorial video afterward.
